Project Management | Weekly Update {09.26.2014}
This week was one of understanding of coordinations between team members of both the Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) of things.
This week I focused on a strategy divided different task between the different members of the PM group. Since there is six of us I decided to divided us into two groups that would handle different task and deliverables required by our group. The teams were divided by a schedule alignment; for this as a been a major weakness thus far into the project, this lack of ability for all of us to meet outside the classroom.
I am currently revising our project management schedule in MS Project. This coming week I look to have that complete as well as making sure the strategy that was implemented is in working order and developing similar solution with the managing of the BA’s.
