Weekly Update | October 10
Met with the BA’s and made a strong connection point with them and Courtney on strategies to take to create a solution for Sumerville Lumber.
Have a conceptual idea of making a social media website that resembles a company database that links with all employees to collect information (photos, videos, phrases, etc.), which is gathered by the employees from the different job sites; then can be controlled and transported onto the social media sites in the fashion desired by Sumerville.
Planning on meeting with BA’s and PM’s this weekend to further discuss this and ways to do successful on the extra credit.
Other than that staying on top of task and making sure that all the deliverables (Work Break down structure and progress report) are staying up to date on the PM side of things.
