Weekly Update — December 5
Met with the PM’s to talk about how the project binder will be completed.
Had a meeting with the BA’s to review the prototype and how they will go about the presentation. Gave them advice on how to present.
The BA’s presented and had a extremely successful reach to the prospect. The project ended on a great note, now getting ready for the final and putting the final touches on the project deliverables.
