Week Ending 11/7/14 Journal Entry
Our team continues to find Thursday mornings as the best time to get together and discuss the status of our project. We are pleased that our project is both on status and under budget; however, we understand that we need to use the final four weeks to perfect the project. During the meeting, we started to create a dashboard to show our projects status for the next time we have a day to review the status in class. This weekend we have a whole team meeting (BAs and PMs) planned to work on the prototype.
