Week Ending 11/14/14 Journal Entry
On Sunday, the majority of our team (both BAs and PMs) got together at Sean’s house to go over the current status of the prototype. The laid-back setting made the whole team comfortable and I think it encouraged more constructive criticism than previous meetings. Tuesday night, Courtney and I met up and worked on the risk management plan. Presenting it in class on Wednesday was extremely helpful because we were able to figure out exactly what was good on our plan, and exactly what needs to be changed.
