Student Worker
The job role was to support an MIS faculty or staff member with administrative functions. Manage a schedule which includes helping and meeting students. Handle interaction with students as needed including filtering email messages and making sure that inquiries are handled. Their duties may include downloading new software to computers on campus, assisting students in the computer labs, working on problem computers and performing other duties as assigned. Some of the projects that I worked on were: Assisting the Senior Associate Director in coordinating more than 20 ITAs for the fall semester. Working on the merchandise for the graduate programs (DIM and ITACS). Provided assistance to the course coordinator and the program director with the MIS 2101 Course Refresh.
