Leading a team of 30 individuals through pre-production, production, and submission to film festivals. Recipient of The Scribe 2024 Philadelphia Student Mediamaker Fund. Organized a successful fundraising campaign that exceeded our goal of $12,450 by over $1,000. Collaborated with school districts, talent, and state government to obtain necessary permits for four minors to work on set. Coordinated daily meals for 30 individuals over ten days of production.

Facilitated casting decisions by leading discussions to evaluate talent combinations and identify optimal options. Conducted weekly meetings to track progress, address challenges, and establish short-term (1-week) and long-term (2–5-week) goals. Organized and executed a two-day test shoot using video and film cameras to decide how to film the pivotal.

Managed the process for nine crew members and five cast members to obtain two separate security clearances and background checks. I organized three community initiatives, including a volleyball fundraising tournament in November and two thrift events in November and December for the North Philadelphia community. Currently working to establish an outdoor film festival for April of 2025.
