Speaking Confidently and Effectively
This LinkedIn learning course was helpful with teaching me more about how to improve my communication and presentation skills. I feel that I have strong communication skills, but I also want to focus more on those as I know communication is important, and I can continue to improve. Some of the most interesting advice that this course gave involved keeping sustained eye contact with audience members for 3-5 seconds as opposed to a passing glance, as well as how to handle difficult questions that you may not have an answer to during a presentation. The information I learned in this course will benefit me both as a professional and in my current role as a tour guide.
