Target Case Competition- Spring 2020
I participated in the Target Case Competition in Spring 2020. My team consisted of me and three of my peers who were also freshman at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. We were given a summary of a business problem and had to work together to come up with a viable solution for the company. Throughout the process, we made an executive report outlining our solutions and then we were selected as one of the top five teams to present to Target executives. Our solution to the problem included ERP software implementation and targeted app improvements. My role in the project was spearheading the ERP implementation portion, and I created the infographic below to highlight the benefits of ERP implementation for a company.
