The selected LinkedIn Learning courses provided valuable information about utilizing Microsoft Office as project management software, and how to lead change and invoke design thinking in the workplace. The Microsoft Office course provided detailed steps of how to manage team tasks in Excel, link timing and tasks, add resources, connect tasks to resources, create different views, and easily share products through Microsoft’s interface. The Leading Change course provided steps as to how to create a workplace environment that prioritizes design thinking by creating ultra-collaborative environments, creating a team, align goal, and spark innovation throughout the process.
