The Leading Change LinkedIn Learning course taught me the efficiency of design thinking leaders and the importance of insights on goal-setting and engagement with diverse team members. A highlighted aspect in the course was the significance of collaboration, reinforcing shared insights and engagement in discussions. Encouraging active participation and offering opportunists for the team to apply their skills are some of the key elements in leading change. This course also taught me the skills to guide creative collaboration, covering essential aspects such as planning, research, and the development of a “service blueprint” to transform design concepts into reality. The skills I’ve learned have empowered me to adopt a design thinking mindset to lead teams effectively.
