Results/What I Learned: The Linked-In Learning video, Leading Change teaches the importance of design thinking when collaborating with a team. This video is sponsored by Frog, and I played the role of someone watching this video and learning about its content. I learned about how gathering ideas from many different perspectives is a sign of a good team, different methods for idea generation, journey mapping, and how to lead teams. I feel that this video gave me great insight on how to initiate change within an organization, and work more effectively with a team.
