For this class project, I’ve explored a LinkedIn Learning course to get insight on how a good design leader convinces their team to embrace new concepts and changes, especially ones that are more user-oriented. These concepts can help a team with creating new ideas to create new products, or help evolve current ideas by making sense of ambiguity.
