In this training, I learned about design thinking about creative collaboration. These list of objectives were defining and leading design thinking, implementing a design thinking mindset, aligning the design team, managing creative flow, guiding collaboration, generating hypotheses, and prototyping fast and often. This is helpful with my critical thinking skills when thinking about issues and challenges a project could face, then applying them to a framework in order to solve the problems.
This relates to my MIS 3535 course in project management because the process of defining issues, defining designs, and being creative to generate solutions could require iteration, thinking different approaches and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
