This activity was a linkedIn learning about Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization. The course talks about things like understanding design thinking, developing a design thinking mindset, leading teams, and working together creatively. The course also gives tips on setting goals, involving different skills, and using prototypes in the design process. Going forward, I plan on applying the principles I’ve learned to approach problem-solving with a user-centered mindset, lead teams effectively, and offer creative collaboration, which will help in finding practical solutions.
