Through Learning Design Thinking, I learned that human-centered design is crucial to get the full experience right for the end-user. Design Thinking requires the developing team to have deep empathy and constantly communicate with the end-users. This allows the team to provide a functional feature to the client step by step and improvise as it requires. Design Thinking is fluid and changes as the product develops.
