I have had the chance to learn a lot about the Agile Foundation, Design Thinking: Lead Change, and Microsoft Project throughout these linked studies. The Agile Foundation course helped me to understand and recognize the inhibitors that have a significant impact when managing an agile team as well as the structure of a cross-functional team. The study defined the definition of the “agile manifesto” and explained how it would help me in real life. In Design Thinking, I have learned how to use design thinking as a user-centered way to solve problems by using extensive collaboration involving strategies such as mapping customer journeys, concept creation, and prototyping. The course taught me how to be a leader to the team as well as to myself and prepared me for my career. Finally, my personal favorite course was Microsoft Project. The course taught be various useful tricks as well as set up project components as work tasks, summary tasks, milestones, and recurring tasks. The course helped me to master my skills and understand different ways of managing tasks as well as identify and fix issues in project management. I have learned such skills from these studies, and I think they will help me a lot to prepare for my career.
