PMI wanted to maintain their total workforce engaged and connected, to boost trust in the company\\\\\\\’s continuing business transformation, and to provide employees with material and resources to help them navigate the new remote working environment.
Helped me understand the efforts companies are going through to stay productive. And what should be done to retain this new productivity with returning to the office.
Related to my MIS3535 in which I previously learned of using external material to help companies start, continue, or complete their digital transformation. Just like PMI did with the New York Times wellness challenge.
