In my Change Leadership class, there is a semester long project that requires me and another classmate to be project managers, PMs, to five business analysts, BAs, that are currently in a lower level class. The BAs are working on a project that entails creating a prototype of an app for TUPress and as the PMs, my teammate and I are responsible for managing this project.
