Gartner Webinar || The 12 Principles of Organizational Change That Every Leader Must Follow
This webinar taught me the 12 principles and steps to take for effective organizational change. It first started with Understanding the Ecosystem and to analyze the key external factors impacting and influencing organizations from the outside. Another principle I found to help was the Effective leadership principle. It states that effective change requires effective leadership. effective leaders are open minded, are creative, and apply systems thinking. It is said that leadership behavior is of critical importance to any organization adaptation. One last principle I felt was quite important was Leverage Organizational Network. It says to seek out the one who have influence over others and make them part of the change in the program.
