Quiz 3 is chapter 4 quiz as Chapter 1 was quiz 1, Chapter 2 is quiz 2. We are not reading chapter 3 which is probably the confusion.

You have several options. One would be to call the help support which I provided in the post “Help Desk for Pearson”. I also sent several emails out over the past few days which my assumption is that you did not get a chance to read. You might need to run the browser check utility and make sure popups are allowed. The slides are password protected which was sent in an email, please check you email for this password. Do not copy and paste the password because it seems to copy extra characters. I advise that you manually type the password. I have tried myself and it does open when you manually type the password.

The book is available via eText when you purchase the online access. I would not suggest paying for the material twice as you need to purchase the online access for this course.
