Once the internet came to fruition, it was inevitable that these problems with security would develop. There are no clear cut solutions. So whatever needs to be done to deter these individuals from breaking the law it needs to be addressed as aggressively as possible. Good article.

I thought this quote was telling on what is to come: ” This is essentially a cold cyberwar – we’re treating cyber-attacks like any other type of attack, and reserving our right to respond with sanctions,” I think it is high time that the laws around cybersecurity be tightened, but I agree with you and the article – it won’t be without a price.
