We want to create a solution for a business that regularly sends out people to do interviews/collect information in the field. Currently they have to cobble a way to store the data for each instance, and numerous mistakes are made during the process. There are some enterprise solutions for survey collecting, but they cost hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars a month and they don’t fulfill the exact need or let the company customize to the extent that it wants. These interviews often have photo, video, audio, survey responses, notes etc.
We want to create an application that includes:
-the ability to add notes to photos
-the power/ease of google forms
-for short answer questions the ability to press record and link the recording to that specific question
-when recording, a flagging function, so if something of note was said you can jump right to it when you’re reviewing
-all the above types of data (photos/form responses/recordings) for each instance are linked together
-automatic upload so managers can watch progress and access/work with data as soon as it is gathered
