Separation separates clusters that are different in order to ensure that they are not grouped into the same one.
Cohesion minimizes the differences between data points and shows how similar they are. -

The Sum of Squared Error shows the nearest clustering data. The data is more accurate if it is closer to the center line.

The two ways to cluster info is by partition (non-overlapping subsets) and hierarchical (nested clusters in a hierarchical tree). Clustering is very useful in making business decisions.
