1) I learnt how to present complex data into simple forms of graphs and charts. No matter how huge is the data, the skill lies in presenting it! Few of the example graphs and charts shown by Todd were tremendously interesting.

Q2:
Yes, data from applicant’s profile could be certainly used to predict performance in a job. Data would be relevant work experience (projects worked on) and educational experience (University attended and highest degree earned). The KPI to measure this would be, the success rate of the projects, job position, and GPA. -

In my company, the sales revenue was measured by overall sales growth of the company. Leading indicator: Cycle time from request to delivery

Schema is the actual database while, ERD is just a diagram showing abstract concepts. -

ERD helps to understand the organization’s data needs and serves as a schema diagram for the required system’s database. Therefore, I would say ERD is information. However, it will be considered as knowledge when it is processed further to make a decision.
