I do have my reservations here, while accepting the fact that congress leaders did look blank face to understand how tech works. However I feel here that being a CEO, Mark had no clue what questions were being asked. As a CEO who is responsible for safeguarging data of more than 2 billion people on the planet, it is not acceptable to pass on the buck to the internal teams, saying that they will have them answered. The entire fiasco is a big controversy which I feel needs to be looked with a much more deeper lens
