Summer of 2020, I had the opportunity to work with IBIT and help aid small businesses to adapt to the COVID-19 environment by creating an online presence. For one of my projects, I led the social selling initiative. I Integrated Facebook and Instagram accounts for our client’s e-commerce website. Social selling is essential to maximize online sales and optimize company presence on social media platforms. I worked with a team to design website layout, add products for sale, integrate third-party applications, and clearly explain to clients how to manage their site’s back end access. I Assisted in developing websites that allow for online shopping, curbside pickup, and add an effective POS system
