-I learned about project management, and I was surprised to learn as much as I did. They spoke about sprints and using the agile method to get projects completed rather than waterfall, and they used lots of new terminology in regards to project management that I was not familiar with in the past. For example, I did not realize that project managers kept a portfolio of all their ongoing projects with details such as ROI, investments and costs, sales, estimated resources, etc.
-This was a really good webinar for me because I am interested in project management, but I never knew exactly what the job entailed because the job title is so broad. It honestly sounds like a way more stressful job than I had imagined, but I am still interested in it and willing to see if being a project manager is for me.
