Biography of Greg Senko
Greg Senko is a Management Consultant and former CRM and Telecom consulting practice leader and partner at KPMG. He is currently a Professor of Information Security at Temple University and, as a consultant, is managing a portfolio of access management and network security–related projects at AstraZeneca that includes:
- Cisco Identity Services Engine Implementation
- Cisco Prime Implementation
- Network QOS Planning and Implementation
- Wireless Access Expansion
- Seamless Access User Experience - BYOD
- Expansion of Certificate Authority Services
- iPad Application Access
- Avaya Telephone System Performance Enhancements
In his recent assignment as the Merck US & Canada Regional lead for the Cornerstone technology enhancement program, Greg largely focused on the global deployment of Windows 7. At Synthes Greg held the position of the Infrastructure Services Manager. As a Principal at North Highland Consulting, Greg assisted local companies in IT strategy and optimization projects.
Greg also teaches Information Security in the MS in Information Science degree program at the Fox School of business at Temple University, having recently become certified as a CISSP. As a Consulting Director for the company he founded, Takt Solutions where Greg did business process design, organization design and led IBM's Infrastructure Architecture groups at Astra Zeneca and MedImmune. He also drew on his telecom expertise in assisting Comcast launch their Business Voice (VOIP) products - part of the "Business Triple Play."
Greg's career also includes time as a Managing Director at BearingPoint Consulting where he led the Government CRM practice, as a Consulting Manager at SAP where he consulted to Aerospace and manufacturing clients, as Adjunct Professor of Business in the West Chester University MBA program where he taught Advanced Electronic Commerce and as a Partner at KPMG consulting where he led the Telecommunications Customer Care practice nationally.
Greg also led the Western Region CRM practice for KPMG, and the mid-Atlantic PeopleSoft practice for Ernst & Young and was a founding member of E&Y's Customer Connections Practice. He did early and innovative work in Sales and Marketing automation and the development of Electronic Briefing books that followed directly from his work on the Apple Data Warehouse project. Greg has experience in IT security auditing and risk assessment, Disaster Recovery Planning and Document Retention Strategy development. He has an MBA (Marketing, Temple), a BA (International Relations, Penn State) and has earned CISSP, PMP, and Prosci Certified Change Management certifications.
