Biography of Shana Pote

Shana currently leads business development at The Gabriel Institute, a Philadelphia-based startup providing proprietary technology for designing resilient, collaborative and productive teams by identifying and explaining the individual's contribution to team interaction. In her first quarter, Shana identified new revenue sources leveraging existing product lines, increasing first year potential revenue targets by 104%. She is also designing and implementing new pipeline management processes to smooth out revenue forecasting and cash flow projections.
Previous Work Experience
Before working for The Gabriel Institute, Shana worked for Fortune 500 enterprises including Dow Chemical/Rohm and Haas, Sungard Data Systems, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shana has a strong reputation as a versatile leader, delivering on a broad range of technology systems and software solutions, and is considered an expert at leading business units and functions to successful outcomes for both technical and non-technical initiatives. She has robust competencies in project and program management, multidivisional matrix management, change management, team development and leadership, and system/process optimization.

Shana holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University (Illinois). She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
