Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, September 26th
So far, our team is operating well. All of the PMs have had great communication and deliverable drafts are equally contributed on by team members. We have also been on top of our communication with the BAs; we make sure we reach out to them ahead of any important deliverables or events coming up, such as interviews. Personally, I have taken the lead on the Work Breakdown Structure and Quality Management Plan; I intend on continuing this trend and updating them frequently. Consequently, I need to make myself more available for the BAs, as I have not been able to meet with them yet in person. Also, communication on the BAs’ end isn’t too great right now; they don’t seem to have a significant sense of urgency to respond to us frequently and meet with us. This is something that we need to address going forward.
