Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, November 7
A lot was accomplished this week. Our team has continued to invest time into Microsoft Project, especially individually (myself included). Communication with the BAs has improved tremendously and I have met with them several times this past week, including the BA who has been absent from most meetings in the past. The BAs are working on their prototype and scenario currently and I met with them today to go over their progress. They seem to be ahead of all the other teams which is a good sign. Moving forward, I will help update our quality management and risk management drafts.
