Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, December 5
This was our final week working on the project and we can finally say we are finished; it feels great. All documents and deliverables were finalized throughout the week for both the BAs and PMs, the BAs had a successful presentation to Somerville Lumber (which involved a humorous video that got their message of an improved web presence across), and the PMs prepared a binder with all project deliverables that is ready to be turned in. We met with the BAs numerous times this week to make sure they were prepared and to answer any questions they had. We also helped edit their documents; I specifically helped immensely with their business rules. We are now in the process of transitioning out of the project after closing out and are ready to take all lessons learned during this semester into our professional careers in the future.
