Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, October 10
A lot of progress was made this week. Our PMs created a sense of urgency among everyone, and communication has finally been improved to a satisfactory level. The PMs re-distributed work responsibilities and all deliverables are currently being updated. More importantly, the BAs have started to work a lot harder and have met up with us several times this week. A large-scale meeting took place today, where the scope document was discussed in detail. Moving forward, we will be helping the BAs with JustinMind prototyping skills and will be brainstorming possible solutions for Somerville Lumber.
