Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, November 21
This week we focused on our change management and communications management plan. I helped revise both documents and made sure each team member approved the updates. We also set new standards for ourselves for our deliverables: we’re in the process of setting a deadline to finalize each one and setting up meetings to make sure everyone approves the final versions. This includes the BAs for deliverables such as the scope document. Additionally, I attended a meeting with two of the BAs this past week (Eugene and Mike) to go over the prototype and business rules. I helped edit and guide the BAs on the business rules as they needed revision and there weren’t enough; the prototype is looking good, though (visually and functionality-wise). This week we have a Fall break but will try to revise some deliverables if we have time.
