Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, October 24
This week, we updated our budget significantly and edited our work breakdown structure. Time was invested into learning Microsoft Project and we have begun to add all appropriate deliverables into the software. I helped the BAs prepare for their second exam, and in the process I finally met Harold, the BA who has failed to communicate with us and attend meetings up to date. Moving forward, we will use Project to determine our critical path and figure out how to generate reports.
