Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, October 31
This week, we invested a lot of time into Microsoft Project. We converted our entire budget and workbreakdown structure into the software and started to analyze our EVM graphs. More work needs to be done in the software, though, as we didn’t input the actuals correctly. Tasks were split up among the BAs for next week, meetings were scheduled, and we are planning on increasing a sense of urgency among Harold. Over the weekend, the PMs will be preparing for the 2nd exam.
