Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, November 14
The focus for this week was on our risk management plan. We completely revised our initial draft, at least half of which was spearheaded by myself. It is looking nice right now but we need to get it under one page. We also need to create a separate risk register. More time was invested into our Microsoft Project file and our generated reports are looking good right now. The BAs are on track with the project and have made a lot of progress with their prototype. Two meetings took place today, one to go over the prototype and scenario, and the other to go over the general deliverables. Going forward, we will be focusing on our change management plan and communications management plan. I will personally focus more of my attention on the communications management plan as laid out in our work breakdown structure.
