Data Science:
For our final assignment in MIS 0855 – Data Science we were tasked with performing independent research with the goal of providing meaningful data displayed in a way that “non-technical” people could comprehend. I based my study on the importance of running backs in the National Football League (professional American football). Below is a deck assembled to present my findings.
Digital Design and Innovation:
The focus of MIS 3504 – Digital Design and Innovation is to act as business analysts to produce a solution for a local polling company, BeHeardPhilly. Our team was assigned with improving the registration process. We created a prototype aiming to streamline the process by reducing redundancies and registration time. Below is a deck used to present our solution to the BeHeardPhilly representatives.
Leading Global Projects:
This course revolves around managing IT based projects. I managed the senior project for a group of engineering students as they built a low powered-mesh network. During the project, I was able to gain hands on experience managing a project. We were required to treat this as a real project, creating and providing proper project documentation while using techniques learned in the class room.
