This code returns a series of line graphs that utilize the data from the leading causes of death for citizens in NYC (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/Health/New-York-City-Leading-Causes-of-Death/jb7j-dtam) to depict the trend for the death rates due to heart disease for the years 2015-2019. The data is separated by ethnic background to highlight if certain demographics are more severely affected by heart disease. The line charts indicate that, unfortunately, heart disease disproportionately affects Black New Yorkers, and has yielded a consistent percentage of deaths per 100,000 citizens for all demographics.
