The goal of this project was to document a process at a former job that I believed could be done more efficiently. I chose to document the current process for signing up to become a “stripes” rewards member at TGI Fridays and I created a prototype for how an online sign up for the program could work as opposed to the current method where people must sign up in person. The result was a simple and easy to use sign up form that takes several steps out of the as-is sign-up process and makes it more efficient.
