Throughout the class, we learned how to lead change in an organization in various scenarios. This LinkedIn course gave insights into Design Thinking, including goals to engage different skill sets, creative collaboration, and prototyping. Learning about user-centered design helped me understand the role and importance of the user when creating a product. Overall, Leading Change helped me gain an understanding of the change process and the necessary leadership skills to drive change initiatives.
