Microsoft Project Essential training

September 15, 2021

CertificateOfCompletion_Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training

To become a project manager, it is necessary to learn about project management applications. Through learning from Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training, I found Microsoft Project is a very powerful tool for project management. It can help the project manager in developing plans, allocating resources for tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workload. It integrates data and business related to the project into one platform database and makes it easy to be managed.

What I learned from this course is about the basic operation of Project and understand project sheets. Before studying, I think I was familiar with using Excel, but then I found Project is much more complex than Excel. It has more taskbars and they need to work together. Every little change may lead to different information. I really need to pay more attention to doing each step, otherwise, I may make some mistakes. Since Project is functional, it is important for me to understand the difference between these tools and keep practicing. Having learned this software, I can use it in many ways. It will be beneficial for my future career.
