For this project we were given the task of watching training videos to help improve our comprehension and skills of agile project management. The various videos included explanations on roles and processes when working in an agile environment. the videos also provided training with various programs to help make the agile process more efficient. This project was very helpful with my development and understanding of agile. They helped reiterate many concepts and lessons learned throughout my time in the 3535 course. The walkthroughs of the various programs was also very helpful as I find it very valuable to be familiar with different programs in todays work environment.
