- I learned about the obstacles, challenges, and opportunities of stepping up to be a leader in the business industry as an Asian-American. Elaine Cheong (of Bank of America), Crystal Zhang (of RSM), and Kinjal D. Bhalodia (of the U.S. Army) came in to speak about their trials and tribulations of rising up to their leadership roles. They shared inspiring stories and helpful advice that struck a chord with me in terms of pursuing my own career goals.
- This activity relates to my career goals because I aspire to become a leader in the business industry. Crystal Zhang (of RSM) also has experience in the tech industry as an international audit and assurance partner, which relates strongly to my MIS major.
