I work part-time in a support role for The Broad Axe Tavern, the oldest tavern in America, founded in 1681. I am trained and qualified to work as either a busser & runner, a barbacker, and a waiter. I expedite food and drink orders to customers, while providing patrons with a clean and enjoyable environment. After arriving and before leaving, I ensure all necessary side-work is complete for the coming shift.
