Our group includes myself, Anthony DeMaio, Paul Carbone, and Frank Lo.
For our application, we are looking to incentivize end users to input life events into our system, which will then be distributed to various firms who are looking to both pay for information and provide incentives to those people who meet sets of qualifications.
For example, Allstate will provide “good driver discounts” to those who qualify, however they need the data to insure the discount is warranted. Additionally, a person’s healthcare provider, such as Highmark, will provide discounts for going to the gym and staying active.
This application will incentivize end users to input life events into the system based on finding them all of the incentives they are eligible for.
We are still working out the architecture, however the application will relay information to a variety of third party vendors.
