A KPI that I see being used everyday is the Fitbit. The Fitbit fits the SMART criteria because it has specific goals for you to reach daily. The goals are measurable by how many steps you take. I think number six would would be the most important to avoid. If you are typing in a lot of data that involves dates and all of the data get turned to integers, it seems like it would be a hassle to fix and it would be a big waste of time.

Of the eight principles, I would argue that the ask why is the most important. I feel as though to run a successful business you need to be able to know what the data is telling you and why it is happening. If there is a problem and you do not know why the problem is occurring you can not fix it.
