The main sheet provides a framework of the costs and revenue you should consider, and the second sheet provides a framework for thinking about one of the most common costs.

Thanks for your responses, we have changed the date of the MIS Showcase to Monday December 8 at 4pm. The only person who indicated a problem with this date was Josh who has class at 5.30pm. So we will have his team go first at 4 so he can leave by 4.30pm.
