I agree on the flash papers because these are still useful to sell your project. Most clients does not know what to expect and the consequences of investing a new project. Especially talking with sponsors who care more about profit.

I agree that being aware of urgent tasks can help in our balance and ease up our life tasks. I usually apply that in my life when I encounter barriers along the path. It keeps me alert and understand that some things can be important and others we can organize them on a better time of the week.
